I keep trying without success to crack :48 at 'dega. I've tried dozens of
setups that promise blazing speeds, but I still only manage times averaging
:48.45. I've tried running the low line in the corners and the hugging the
wall in the straights; I've also tried entering a corner high and slowing
drifting down to the low line (I read somewhere that this is the only way to
pick up speed in the corners). I still can't get the speeds I need.
Suggestions? Can these speeds only be attained by running with 1 gallon of
gas or a good draft?
Thanks,
Charlie
ps: I'm using full realism etc etc
I applaud your loyalty and devotion to the One True Sim, but I think he's
running a stockcar in N3. :-)

You need to run with the left tires on the apron going through the turns.
It takes a little practice to get this smooth and don't let the right side
tires touch the apron.
