looking for N2 network

I'm looking for an N2 network if someone knows if there is one currently activated. I'd love to run N3 but my machine is only a P166 and its doubtful N3 would work on that. My record average speed at Talledega in N2 is 197.553. I have reached 208 in the backstretch while drafting and running the opponents at 103% strength. Has anyone beat that?

Maybe no one has beat it? :) Actually, I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you trying to see if someone got N2 working on a network, or if there's a facility like WON.NET for N2?
