In the controller setup page of GPL, there is a DirectX or Generic selection.
The Generic choice is Papy's own custom driver for the joystick port. Just
find the selection and try it :-)

Hi,
Is ther a specific problem known between the Thrustmaster Super Sport wheel
and GPL?
I used to play with a formula T2 and all woked fine but since I 've
purchased this new wheel, GPL freeze a few seconds after entering the
calibration menu.
I have the last drivers for my wheel, my 3dfx2 wicked3d voodoo card.
I have a PII 350 and 64meg.
I' ve alreday tried to re-install GPL (french version) with and/or without
the 1.0.02 patch but.....
If anyone can help.

I used the TM Super Sport for ages with GPL. Try using the generic
drivers in GPL. Sounds like a problem with the windows drivers for the
TM. Also check and make sure you have the lastest drivers for the TM.

Sorry but why do you mean by "using the generic drivers in Gpl" ?
I 've dowloaded the latest drivers for my TM on the TM site "
Motorsports15".

I also use TM SS but i use the directX drivers in GPL
with motorsports 15
Dx7a, awe64 soundcard latest drivers for everything
The SS HAS to be controller ID 1 in your control panel, game controllers window
