Jeez... I thought I had it licked. I hadn't touched Grand Prix Legends for about 3 months. My will to play other games was strong and my interest in motorcycle racing had become powerful sending me to playing Superbike 2000 and GP500. Then out of the blue comes this D3D patch 5 days after I bought a GeForce2 GTS (Annihilator 2). I put it on today and I'm the same quivering junkie I was awhile ago. It's a new game again. I ran both 1024x768x16 with and without full screen anti-aliasing. The game never skipped a beat, staying hammered at that high frame rate and looking beautiful while playing as perfectly as it always has. Thank you Papyrus for putting me back on the wagon. Now I can't wait to play NASCAR4 after skipping all the intermediaries since NASCAR 2. Combine that with the upcoming NASCAR Heat and I may never update my web site again.
