Looks like EA will have yet another game to add to their huge portfolio, the game should feature 1999 season data, and is expected to be released in a few months (heard that before:)) Apparently, the game will focus more on race strategy and hiring drivers/tech people and less on the mechanical side of things. Oddly enough, I didn't see anything on EA's website, but there is a snippet in this month's UK PC Zone -- -Ace-

Seem's they had this one planned from the beginning though, my spies detected such a move from EA's press release in february: ".... EA's Formula One games will let motorsports fans worldwide become drivers and owners, negotiating the curves as well as the contracts. The Formula One license, coupled with our best-selling NASCAR titles, has put us in the position to bring the best racing experiences in the world to the leading interactive formats..." So there you go... -- -Ace-

This game is known by many since a very long time. Just take a peek at any GPWorld site, there is a good chance you will get information on it since both are much the same. IIRC, from the screenshots I saw, there will be a full 3d simulation inside of it to replicate the races. -- -- Franois Mnard <ymenard> -- May the Downforce be with you... -- http://www.WeRace.net -- People think it must be fun to be a super genius, but they don't realise how hard it is to put up with all the idiots in the world.

Oh, Sorry, I had no idea at all, and this was the first I'd heard. Too busy driving :-) ymenard <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:oLP55.8587$%> This game is known by many since a very long time.
