Probably. Part of it may have been that he acted like he had *found* this 'great' site. That's a lie. The other part may have been that he posted it over and over and over... The combination of those two may piss some people off. If he had posted like your suggestion(ONCE), and asked for comments, I don't think ANYONE would have flamed him for it.
