SCGT addons? (i.e. alldash 2)

I'm getting ready to re-install SCGT now that all the great addons have been released. I noticed a post mentioning AllDash2 - where can I get this? I've already got the 1a beta. I've also got the ALMS patch - does this duplicate cars that I'll get in SP3.0? Any sites have GTVE? The link at the pits isn't working for me. TIA! Kendt
