That offer started 3 months ago....I ordered then, but also got very sick at
the same week. Ended up in and out of several hospitals....no real lasting
damage...but the cd arrived the mail while I was "out of it"(shaddup youse
guys) and my wife threw it away thinking it was another AOL offer.
