I don't know that gfx card, but as long as it has at least 4 megs of
memory you should be OK. You might try the D3D patch from www.papy.com,
but I don't know if it works with ATi cards.
If not, then pick up a cheap Voodoo 3 card. It'll make a difference!

Your machine should run GPL adequately with a few tweaks to the amount of
detail you use.
