A friend of mine found a utility named @home upstream uncapper. It is
suppose to remove a upstream limiter for @home users. Does anyone know
if this would actually improve my ping times on WON servers for
nascar3 and possibly cut down on warp? I have no need for this utility
otherwize but I could really use it if it will help ping times and
warp. Thanks in advance for any help.
Where can I find this utility?
