Does anyone know why you can turn the moving steering wheel off in software mode, but not hardware? Grrrrrr, I wish you could move the camera around when your using that behind-thecar-cam view. That camera view is too low for driving the car like that, and for replays to. Hmm this game seems like a sim when using a steeringwheel and inside the cockpit, but seems like a arcade game when you use the outside view and/or keyboard/joypad.

Does anyone know why you can't find the method to turn off the virtual cockpit in hardware mode? Make a custom profile and you'll be able to turn it off. blah_ wrote:

Can't see any that were created, and the settings in the readme file don't tell of any such things. >blah_ wrote: > >> Does anyone know why you can turn the moving steering wheel >> off in software mode, but not hardware? 2 programmers were totally minded their own business. Incredible how you would program TWO different graphics mode that are unrelated to eachother. What a bunch of amateurism. Just spilling my guts here. :)

Try pressing the 1-9 buttons above the letters (not the numerical keypad!), and see how the "camera" goes up, down, zoom in, zoom out etc.
