Ok got it this morning (yyeeeaa!!!). Can say I have many complaints with it
really, its everything i expected it to be.
my main concern is how good the new tracks would be and I wasn't
disappointed.
2 things did worry me though.
The steering wheel looks like some used the GP2 LCD editor on it before
shipping, the rev lights are all over the place. This might get a bit
annoying when I get up to speed.
2nd thing is that I haven't seen any of these "reflective" puddles. they
look quite nice and attractive in the screenies but I've yet to see one in
all my rainy races.
Apart from that it's great. Can't fault it. Canned spins are NOT there. The
only reason I imagine some say they are is due to the snap overseer you
sometimes get especially up on slippery kerbs. Some time spend working on a
good set-up should solve a lot of that.
No great fan of the game as a whole (--> candidate for understament of the
year ;-)), but I agree on the spins: not canned.
