Agree totally. That Ubisoft Monaco Grand Prix thing was worthy of more
development. That had weather etc. It just goes to show how far ahead GPL is
still, and makes you wonder if any of the game companies really see a market
for a better motor racing sim? I have wasted money on GP3.

Now I dont mean to start a Warez Good/Warez bad trail (honest)
I held from getting the Warez copy because I loved GP2 so much
I just couldn.t see it going wrong
I Warez tested GP2 and went on to buy it,
I did not want to waste download time and phone money
when I thought it would be a cert to buy
This is not worth thirty notes
Its GP2 with the ability to use my Windows based wheel
not bad but I wish I had waited a bit and got it on the first price
cut
then I'd be happy, but full price for this just leaves me feeling a
tiny bit cheated,
though its my own fault with going with my intuition that it would be
a certain winner
The more I play the more frustrated I get
not because its crap - cause its not
just at the thought of what it could or should have been
I think that's what most people are pissed off about...including me. The
fact that the preview articles and reviews and stuff were saying how
fantastic this was....we were taking the word of people who had actually
played it. Also the fact that graphics and physics engines in other games
have come so far since GP2 was released, that I thought for sure this would
be something much better than what it actually is. What it comes down to is
that our (ie the people who are complaining about this game) standards are
much much higher than the people who a few months ago were saying how
revolutionary this game is. We know what we're talking about and we know
what we want......and they don't. They are stuck in the past.
Yep, 1998 was the best year for sim.
MGPRS2 and GPL are still the best sim.
Don't buy GP3 (for all people who don't buy it yet)
