Sure is. Many extra tracks.
Try heading to RSC, plenty of links to tracks in the GTR forum
there including Suzuka. Haven't tried it myself though.

It's exceptionally simple - usually you just drop them in a folder
under the "Locations" dir (I think), and they show up as track
selections. Some may be packaged especially for GTR Manager, but
usually do addons like that manually. Probably take some more editing
if you want to add them a championship.
