the graphics settings are set to manual, all other options are selectable
except display textures on track and display track textures in mirrors,
these are just greyed out. I have tried Nvidia 530, 522 and 268 drivers and
nothing changes!!

Yep, same here except my card is a V3 2000. All other available as an
option, and my settings are manual, and with the retail version (for Gregs
info).

It's that way for me too. That means the tectures are on the tracks by
default and you can't change it.

Watch a drying out track and you can see that the track is made up of
very very small tiles, with several varying degrees of wet/dry
combination. (though watching it is no more interesting than watching
paint dry I agree :) )

To turn off track textures in the mirrors select the "NO Textures in
Mirrors" box at the bottom.
