Oddly enough, I get this problem is VSync is ENABLED in D3D, turning it off
sorts the problem (I have a Creative GeForce 2 GTS card). I've seen the same
problem in a couple of other (mainly racing) D3D games on the GTS. No
problem with 3dMark2000, but then again this automatically turns of VSync.
If you are using the reference drivers you will need the 'coolbits' registry
entry to allow VSync to be turned off for D3D (see www.geforcefaq.com ).

Sounds like you have Vsync disabled, try unchecking 'disable vsync' in
your direct3d display properties.(control panel/display
prop/direct3d/more direct3d)
If it's not this, then can't help, sorry

same/similar layout. But that describes EXACTLY the probs i get with it
enabled.

As subj. says....In GP3 the flicker appears over the half where the cars
is....it flickers fast, but anyway, looks annoying.
Prophet 2 vid card. Latest BIOS, 5.22 drivers.
Other games no problems as of yet. 3dMark2000 runs perfectly. 1
GP3 runs very smooth in 1280x1024 with everything turn on. OCC about 70% in
rain.
Anyone heard or seen this before?
