GP3 - Min Specs for Weather?

I seem to be one of the few that had no problems initially with getting GP3 to work with my 2 Voodoo2 cards. Everything ran smoothly on my Celeron 300a (o/ced to 450) system, except when I turn on the weather effects. That's when the Occupancy goes way up and things slow to a crawl. If I were to upgrade my CPU, what would be the minimum that I would need to upgrade to in order to get the dynamic weather to run smoothly? Or is it more of a function of the video card(s)? (I'd really like to stick with the 2 V2's, since I use my main vidcard for TV viewing as well.) Is there anyone with 2 V2's running dynamic weather smoothly? If so, what's your CPU? If anyone is running dynamic weather smoothly with a CPU running at 450 or so, what's your video card? Thanks!
