Hi Martijn, your Solitude is a masterpiece of GPL track design. It's also
completely in the spirit of the game by being fast, long, dangerous and
no longer in use!
Could I suggest that you now move on to the fast, long, dangerous, and no
longer in use Pescara track in Italy:-)
(followed by Targa Florio in Sicily... etc. etc.)
Many thanks again,
- Michael

And then the Mille Millia, and on to the Pan Americana!

Almost right; two long straights for slipstreaming battles, and a twisty
mountainous section with an enormous variety of turns. 16 miles long.

Wasn't there an article about that track a few months ago in F1 Racing
magazine. Basically three long straights including jaunts through
villages all connected by hairpin turns...
What a Fantastic Track! I' just love it. I think a very big thank to Martijn
is in order.
There's only one bug I've noticed and that's if you run 19 cars you sometime
start perched on a hay bale.
Still can't stop grinning after chucking a BRM round Solitude last night and
winning a 6 lap race.

I totally agree that it's areally great track, but don't you think it's a bit
too slippery?? I always seem to slide off into the trees, or sometimes the
lake!! -- Rgds, Ivor B.
