MSFF wheel working OK but the brakes????? what can we do

Hi Simmers This brake shit with the MSFF wheel is a problem. I am starting to get the hang of this GP3 but I cant control the braking well enough. I watched eagerly to see if anyone responded to Mourizios message describing the same problem but he received no response. Does anyone have a clue what can be done. Your help would be much appreciated. ([:] Rank beagle
The problem is that there is no progression in the braking using this device. The accellerator works fine and it is possible to apply the accellerator progressively. In the claibration screen there is much more travel in the accellerator than the brake. Its not a case of how the pedal feels, but that it does not allow use of the full pedal range. everything else, buttons ff etc working ok. It fits just like it is and it provides a kind of pressure sensitive brake at the end of the pedal travel. Bart Westra

Can I ask, is it only happenning it GP3? I had a very similar problem with my Precision Racing wheel when I first got it, and that has exactly the same pedals as the MSFF. It turned out to be because the wire that connects into the underneath of the pedals wasn't connected quite right. The brake and accelerator should both have the same range of values (in GPL it's something like 0>64 for both axis). Go wiggle that wire! :) "The Rank Beagle" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:8n1qo2$fcq$[email hidden]... > The problem is that there is no progression in the braking using this > device.
