Snetterton, Solitude, Goodwood, Imola, Brands Hatch, Old A1-Ring (I won't make an attempt at spelling its actualy name....hehe) Road Atlanta, Theres also a demo track converter so you can get 2 ovals out of ICR2 and another 2 or 3 from N3, for free if you have either game.

Are there any public domain oval tracks for GPL? I didn't see any there as they all require N3 or whatever to be converted and I don't have those games.
