Upgrading these days are leaving behind legacy ISA slots. I am in the upgrade process and hate to lose my PDPI gamecard (ISA) to the PCI gameport on the SB Live. Has anyone been faced with this dilemma and discarded the PDPI gameport for just the SB Live, and been happy with the performance? The CDS4000 just can't be beat for game feel and performance (forcefeedback are toys) and coupled with the PDPI , its just fantastic. Just don't know what performance loss there may be with the SB Live. Rush

I'm using the SB Live gameport with my ECCI and have no complaints. I've never tried a PDPI card so I can't compare, but I do have a Thrustmaster ACM card which now sits on the shelf. -- Don Scurlock Vancouver,B.C. Precision control with no spiking at all. I did notice a HUGE difference when I went from an SB16 (ISA) to an SB64(PCI). The Monster was then a slight improvement from the SB64. Don McCorkle
