My Hercules 3d Prophet II GTS 64MB DDR shipped with core clock at 220Mhz and memory at 365Mhz. Have had no problems with any game and GP3 fired up 1st time. Regret this probably doesn't help but.... sudesh <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:[email hidden]...

Hi, i tun F12k just fine, haven't got GP3 yet, but the metion of the Hercules card being sold overclocked got me thinking, i have tried getting mine over215 core clock, but i get texture corruption.Mem clock at 355Mhz works fine though.....strange how all the tests have this card running stable at 230Mhz core...or do i have a duff card? Does anyone else have a problem like this? Athlon 800 T/Bird Asus A7V mobo 128 MB RAM Creative Geforce 2 GTS On entering the game and going to the calibration screen I'm told that the card was not reconised on install. It is listed in the graphics screen and on recalibrating, the game displays the first two resolutions then dumps back to windows on attempting the third resolution. The weird thing is, it worked fine when the card was in a different machine, so I'm guessing it must have something to do with different drivers or the CPU/mobo combination. Is there anything that I ight try in the cards.txt files that I've read about? Thanks for any help you can give in advance. Oli. Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.

I'm running p3-450 Abit BE-6 128 ram SB live Herc Prophet GTS2 The game went through several screen tests and then fired up. No problems what so ever. I have downloaded the latest drivers and bios for my GTS2 card. And this is my SECOND GTS2 card as the first one would lock up F12K constantly. The new card with new bios and drivers have given me no problems. I read the Herc shipped the GTS2 card overclocked, and it was causing problems. Maybe Creative did the same thing? Oli I know this isn't going to help; but I have exactly the same system; and it worked flawlessly first time with all the drivers straight off the provided installation CDs. I am using Win98 second edition. Sorry! Hope you get it working; it looks great! Hugh <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:8n5u5u$tmm$[email hidden]...
