I was wondering if I could change the AI at individual tracks. I'm running my own World Championship season consisting of Road courses and Ovals and I've discovered that I can easily outrun the AI at California (Fontana) and get my butt whipped at Hickory. Is there a way to "tune" individual tracks so I have a fairly consistent World Championship? Thanks in advance. Richard GPLrank Handicap: 95.03 P.S. I'm that little speck in your mirrors. ;-p P.S.S. Just in case you're curious, my "little bit of everything" GP season is as follows: Spa Hickory Detroit Pocono Heartlnd Homestd Nurburg Calif Cleveland IMS Monaco
Richard. The AI on some of the ovals are bad bad bad, running ridiculously slow. Technical issues within GPL prevents ai cars from running well on courses with steep banking. This is why they are slow and cumbersome at places like Mexico's peralta corner. I know that several people have created ai sets for some of the ovals but I can't vouch for how good they are. The simple answer to your question is that many of these tracks were converted for the sole purpose of online racing only in mind.
