I turned off the chat - at least a workaround ...
Lio
Hi Folks,
Anyone know why sometimes when I go back into VROC after a race I get a
complete hangup with the lights on my connection on in the system tray.
Someone mentioned that putting it into verbose mode would help, but it
doesnt seem to. Anyone have any idea of the cause?
Thanks for the help
Ash
Happens to me too, I noticed that if I am moving my mouse while the embossed
vroc banner is up I will lock up. I amke sure my hands are off until it
fully loads.

As others have mentioned, there seems to be a connection with chat,
so turn it off before entering a race or shutting down vroc, so that
it's not running when you go back into vroc. I have also noticed many
lockups seem to be related to mouse movement. I have developed the
habit of lifting the mouse off the pad, to deactivate the ball,
before clicking on anything in vroc. --

I've actually had a lockup or two shutting down chat.

helps reduce or eliminate the hangs. To do this, either click on the
rightmost icon over the WinVROC chat, or hit Ctl-Z.
