Something F1 teams actually have to do!!! They genuinely increase steering
lock for Monaco!

Help!
I've just purchased GP3. It kicks ass, but I am having some serious dramas
getting around Loew's Hairpin at Monaco in anything less than a three point
turn. Naturally this knocks the lap times around a bit and does assist in
causing the odd traffic jam. I simply run out of steering lock even if I
take the hairpin at walking pace.
I had no problem getting around there in GP2 using the same wheel, even
though it is a cheap $99.00 one. I am wondering if anyone else has
experienced this and would anyone have any suggestions as to a different
technique or whether there is a patch that may increase steering lock
Any assistance would be greatly apreciated.
CD.
You can increase the lock at the controller setup, it will make the steering
more sensitive, but you'll be able to steer around the Loews hairpin.

A setting of
about 15-16 should get you round lowes ok, but I use 18.

This option really should be located in the setups menu, not the controller
setup. Well, maybe in GP4.....

I was searching for this setting on the set-up pages for ages when I
came up against the same problem at Loews.
D'oh!
