Folks,
I have been a GP2 user for some time and have been happy with it,
(even though I run on a laptop with a small keyboard :-/) I missed the
initially flurry about GP3 but what are the general impressions ? are
people happy/disappointed. I know there was alot of talk about FF and
TCP/IP support but both these are in aren't they ? I have read the
posts but it is hard to see the trees for the wood if you know what I
mean.
I suppose my question is whether i should buy a PC now or when GP4
comes out :-)

Norm
It does work, just not over the internet. It was never stated that it would
work on the internet either.

I doesn't have to be stated....its expected, and demanded. Not many games
that do well come without Online support. As well TCP/IP is an internet
protocol I think that means they inteneded interent play...it just doesn't
work...PERIOD!
Norm
PS- LAN is fine and so is Kali, but I would rather play TCP/IP like most
good motorsims
On the back of the box, it states quite clearly "multiplayer races on LAN
for 2 - 4 players +"
It says nothing about internet, just because you expect and demand it
doesn't mean shit.
