But can some one help me on where and what kind of mother board i will need?

Seriously, take a look at the latest 815 based boards from ASUS and
Abit, CUSL2 and SL6 (I think) respectively, I've just swapped in a CUSL2
myself and I'm very happy with it so far, it even has UDMA 100 support,
so mated to an IBM 75 GXP harddrive, the performance is fairly
impressive
It has all the bells and whistles you'd expect from a high end MoBo
these days, including the price tag unfortunately, but if you go with
ASUS or Abit you do get quality

Get a PIII 600E and an Abit BE6II. You can clock it at 800MHz or 900 MHz
with no problems. check overclockers.com and read all the posts...
