Several years ago, I replaced my daughters modem with a "LT 56k WinModem"
This weekend my son and I reformatted the HD without copying the driver
(Yea, big screw on my part) Now, we cannot find the driver disk anywhere
and cannot get the modem to work !
Can anyone tell me what a " "LT 56k WinModem" is and the website where I
can get an updated driver ???????? (Does LT Stand for Lucent Technologies???
If so which driver should I try ???
Otherwise, I might as well go buy another cheap modem for her computer !
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AS ALWAYS, THANKS !

It does stand for Lucent technologies. Start looking here:
http://www.808hi.com/56k/ltwin7.htm
or just download this:
http://www.lucent.com/micro/K56flex/modem575.exe

Hop over to here

The LT winmodem uses a lucent chipset which is one of the best winmodem
chips available.
