This happened to me when I was fiddling around with the Performance editor... I didn't feel like finding a solution, so I just reinstall the game.. Carlo wrote:

Well My Rubens turned into a caped crusader kind of guy, and is flying with supersonic speeds around the track. I know he did very well in Germany, but this is silly. I reinstalled game and is using the original 98 season with new tobacco cars. Somehow I feel more comfortable chasing Mika.
