Thanks to Bart Westra who has found my problem with the unseen laps entries
in the Performance menu.
When you press the keys F1 and F7 more then one time in a lap (so as I did
with automatic braking), then you will not see any lap in lap entries.
I wrote the GP3 support this problem and the answer whas:

You are advised to have ALL the information requested in your manual so that

Our sincere apologies for not being to help you immediately.

I doubt that's a bug, it's prolly there to prevent ppl from "cheating" by
toggling on and off different help features depending on the part of the
track they are on so they can get a "better" laptime.

Does it also happen when enabling/disabling other helps than F1 and
F7? I think this "bug" is considered an anti-cheat measurement.

What's wrong with that?
If your switching driving aids on and off during a lap you must be doing it
to help you lap or help traction or something while going fast in a straight
line. I bet this is just GC's way of saying the lap is invalid.
Just like guys switching their pit lane speed limiter on to stop wheelspin
in reallife (and they stamped that out now....I think)

Why would the lap be invalid if you change the driving aids during it? A
lap isn't invalid if you have all the driving aids on from start to
finish.

It's a bug surely, for these reasons:
- the lap is valid as a qual lap, and there is no punishment in the race in
the form of a black flag. Only telemetry data is not available.
- the manual doesn't say anything about toggling driving aids invalidating
the telemetry. Now don't tell me it is an "undocumented feature" ;-)
- the game starts collecting data as usual, then just comes up with an empty
lap entries table. No indication why, one would expect some kind of message
if the data was not available on purpose.
- GP2 handled the same thing just fine, so technically there should be no
problem for GP3 to collect and show the data despite of the toggling.
In addition to this, the toggling may make it easier to drive certain parts
of the track, but it is not faster. Driving without helps is faster once one
has mastered it.

Not completely sure about this one... I seem to remember that there
was tricks in GP2 with autobrakes and autogears. I never tried it, but
reportedly one could brake later and cleaner by just activating
autobrakes when entering a corner instead of braking by yourself? It
was also possible to avoid wheelspin by using gearing assistance and
changing down when accelerating.

I agree with you on the issue of the autogears, changing gears manually in
GP2 is only slightly faster and then one has to do it right all the time.
But I have never seen anyone being faster using autobrakes or throttle help
in the league I ran last season (www.lfrs.com). They surely would have if
there was some gain there. One trick, or rather I should say skill, was
keyboard drivers using manual gearing. This would give them one extra gear
down from 1st called the power turn gear. It was meant for doing power turns
by temprorarily disabling the steering help. The drivers would use the power
turn gear to go turn faster in slow corners.

Ah yes, you can perhaps change driving aids on and off but over use of this
feature is what makes the lap invalid which I would think was the intention
of GC.
This would stop players eaking out and advantage by using aids in some
tricky stops while not using them in others... that wouldn't be fair.
