I think it's unrealistic to ignore someone who purposely wrecks you in the
middle of an exciting race. Nice thought, but I don't think it will happen.

Never argue with an idiot. He brings you down to his level, then beats you
with experience...

Tonight I was in a race at Bristol. There was someone using the handle
Wildnet22. This driver proceeded to purposely wreck everyone in the
race (around 20 drivers). Be warned, this is not the first time I've
seen this driver turn a race into his personal wreck 'em derby. He took
great pleasure in it, especially as everyone threw insults or curses at
him, as he knows we have no way of just reaching out to wring his neck.
BE WARNED.

Please be warned, the "wreckers" live for these insults. By losing
your collective cool and swearing at them, you only encourage them to do
so again in the future. They are seeking attention. Since they are not
good drivers this is the only means they have to achieve it. Completely
ignoring them, keeps them from having the attention they desire, and
discourages them in the future.
IMHO, of course.

Is it possible to password protect races and only give out the
password to fellows you know to be "safe" racers?
