When trying to make a backup copy of my GP3 CD I get a read error. Is this due to the CD being copy protected? Haven't had any other problems copying other CD's. No flames please about copying. This is my legal copy and I am just trying to make a backup.. Thanks
The cd contains safedisc copy protection. Go to www.gamecopyworld.com for instructions on how to make a copy of the cd. -Nick Gary Pershall <[email hidden]> wrote:

Having a copy for your own use is perfectly legal. I _thought_ the law also stipulated that the developers had to facilitate the ability to have a backup copy but I obviously don't remember that part right given some of the copycrap we've seen lately. -Larry "Kieran Larkin" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:8q1vqt$7g9$[email hidden]... > did you know apparently (I think) copying a cd for backup isn't illegal. > just normally most people find they can Copy it then think. hmm just makea
