I'm running the exact same set-up with no problems, make sure you have the
latest drivers and DirectX 7a installed or reinstall them#

Hello all:
Just got GP3 today and am having some graphics probs. I have a Creative
3D Blaster V2 (12MB) and Matrox Millenium II (16MB). The actual race is
fine, but the menu screens look like green and black negatives.
I tried changing to the MMII but got the same thing.
I can still navigate fine and get into a race, but would like to fix this.
Any ideas?
