It's almost like I have to park the car to turn it. I don't find it hard to run the road courses at all. Well, first the thanks. I bought the game because I enjoyed the demo and the game looks great. I also bought it because Ed Martin took an interest in what we as sim players had thought and was willing to answer questions and address problems. I think its great that a developer really cares about what we say and will take time out of his day to address concerns. Thanks Ed! Personally, I'm NOT a NASCAR fan at all. Driving a car in a circle a few hundred times did not seem very exciting to watch. Playing this game does show me how there is much more to it than I ever imagined. Granted, I imagine that it is not a PERFECT representation of a actual stock car, but it does seem to be trying to act like one. I never drove a stock car, I just autocrossed a VR6 VW Golf 3 for a few years but the game does seem to act like a race car with regards to weight transfer and the like. My questions are - How can a production race car like a E30 or E36 BMW M3 do at Watkins Glen or Sears compared to an actual Winston Cup car? The BMW would seem to be much more nimble and a good SCCA car would put out a lot of power. Not the 700 or so of a stock car, but it seems that the chassis would be much better. Those cars want to turn, while the WC car's don't turn well at all IMO. And along that line - why don't these cars turn? They seem like a handful to make go around a corner. Are they under tired ( not big enough rubber ) on purpose? Just too heavy? It's almost like I have to park the car to turn it. Having raced Superbikes at New Hampshire for three years, the track seemed well done. Though, the road course was all one color, not a mixture of textures and patches like in real life. I'm just being picky! I've spent a few hours with the game today - Comp USA had a ton of copies - and am enjoying it very much. -- Dave Pawlikowski [email hidden] www.cushdrive.com " Trying is the first step towards failure " Homer Simpson

Hey Dave, I raced bikes and enduro karts in Louden, too. That was back in the mid to late 70's. What part of NH are you from? I was born in Laconia.
