Anyone else had problems with Surfers Paradise for GPL?
Every time I try and run it, it kicks me back out to OS, tried
re-install, moving it around the gp.ini list etc. re-entering, all
to no avail.
Any ideas?
TIA
MaXX
Yes, same here, look more carefully at the postings, you can find the fix
for the bullrun too.

Marko,
Yes, I am using D3D and the zip file you attached has sorted the
problem out Thanks.
I did check the forum and heard he was working on BullRun so
look forward to that, I can run it but there are graphic anomolies.
Thanks

Marko,
Yes, found it thanks. Sorry you got "told off" for posting the Surfers
Fix (but as you say, damn difficult to find in the forum).
If you ever need to post a binary, you can post to newsgroup :
alt.binaries.simulators.autos
and put a note here to say you've posted. I just posted a Bull Run
replay and setup.

Mika,
It's "encoded", most newsreaders will decode it for you (Agent etc.)
It is in the GPLEA forum as a direct download though if you need it.
As at now it's about 2/3rd down the page, subject:
"On Request: Surfers P. D3D-Fix" 8/30/2000
MaXX
PS. Or you could save the text as e.g. "x.uue" and WinZip should
be able to decode it for you.
