Hello all, I'm trying to replace the .mip files for J. Clark and G. Hill. I assumed (incorrectly) that since JC is #5 and GH is #6 that if I replaced the lot5.mip and lot6.mip with the ones I wanted that it would show up in the game, but it doesn't. I've tinkered with the driver.ini file just in case that was the answer and even got dooDAT to completely remove the original lot5 and lot6 mips and repack with the new ones. (I'm trying to give JC the STP lotus and GH the goldleaf.) But it either has (1) not changed anything, (2) made them both car #0 or (3) removed JC completely depending on what I do. I think this is also why my Bruce McLaren car has no number after I tried to "upgrade" his ride. What am I doing wrong?!?!?! Much energetic thanking and kissing of feet for the secret answer... Thanks, Kevin Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.
You should replace cla5a.mip and hil6a.mip instead. The lotx.mip files are for multiplayer. Stefan [email hidden] wrote:
