I just picked up GP3 and I'm working on getting a proper controller setup.
I'm using a Thrustmaster Grand Prix 1 wheel (a.k.a. T1/T2) with CH pedals,
and no matter what I try the game doesn't recognize my pedals.
I notice that Hasbro has promised a patch to deal with controller issues,
but I was wondering if anyone has a similar setup to mine, or has any
suggestions or links that might help.
Thanks in advance.

Try and setup your GP1 wheel on ID1 in windows game controllers, then put
the CH pedals on ID2. From within GP3 now you should be able to see all axis
working and calibrate them. I would use the joy 2 controls (CH pedals) for
accel and brake, and use the joy 1 (GP1) for steering and clutch if you want
a manual clutch. I'm not sure which axis would need to be set for each
control though, best method is trial and error.

You need to get the pedals so they're the first and second axes on either
joystick 1 or 2. If you calibrate them in Windows as throttle/rudder that
won't work for GP3, since they're axes 3 and 4.
I used the JoyRegs utilities from Stickworks to get mine working.

I set up my CH pedals as one 2 AXIS Controller, and my Joystick as another 2
AXIS Controller. So that in the controllers window you will see (2) Two, 2
AXIS controllers when you are done.
This way GP3 will see both the pedals and joystick. You have to first delete
the other setups in the controller window.
