Anybody here know this guy? He's really screwing me over. He's had my money
for 1 year now. The last time I talked to him in person was LAST November at
which time he said my wheel would be ready in two weeks. Then, after some
stink in the NG's, I heard from a friend of his in March who said, "No
problem, Sorry... blah blah blah, Your wheel will be shipped 100% GUARANTEE
it....in 2 weeks". Well, Rodney Reavis hasn't returned any phone calls or
emails. Hasn't sent my wheel... and in June I finally requested a refund.
NOTHING.... I tried calling again a few days ago and the phone number on his
website is disconnected.
His address is Honea Path, S.C. but I think he's in Spartanburg (sp?). I got
a number to a Reavis, called it, asked for Rodney and was told he'd be back
in 30 minutes. When I called back, I let the phone ring for half an hour but
nobody would pick up again.
If I was closer, I'd be on the guy's doorstep. I'll pay $100.00 to anybody
near this guy that can pay him a personal visit and get me my money in the
form of cash or money order.

Several people (including me) had a hell of a time getting our wheels from
SRC. It eventually happened, but with much work. After posting here about
SRC and my situation, I received emails from 2 other people stating they had
the same problem. At that time we started applying pressure in every way we
knew how. It worked. We heard back from a representative of SRC saying
that it was all a big mistake and that SRC never had any intention of
defrauding us. After a few more missed deadlines and promised ship dates,
our wheels arrived. I love mine, but am not sure I would go through it all
again. The other two individuals (if I could remember their names) would
probably tell you the same.
Unfortunately, I think I've deleted all my communications with SRC. I'll
have to boot up into BeOS to check my email there to be sure though. If I
find anything I'll forward it on to you.
I live in Atlanta (not too far from Rodney), and may be heading over to SC
to do some hiking this or next week. I'll let you know and maybe I can drop
in, but I don't expect it to do much good.
