I don't know much about the legal battle, but I can say that I've sure never
found Tom Pabst to be a jerk.
In fact, I'll go on record as saying that I've met very few people that are
as passionate about racing and sim racing in particular.
I realize no one asked for my opinion on the matter, but I hate to see a guy
knocked that in my mind, doesn't deserve it.

the sim-community a lot. That is why I am so disgusted with his
actions now. I am in no way bashing Tom Pabst as a person, just his
actions regarding me.
