I set up GP3 with the options that gave me a frame rate and occupancy that I
could live with. After getting used to that, I turned on 4x FSAA.
Everything looked much better! The occupancy did not change, and the frame
rate seamed the same.
My guess is that GP3 doesn't really tax the V5 card, so when FSAA is turned
on you don't take a hit on frame rate (my CPU is a 500Mhz PIII.)
Bottom line, 4X FSAA really makes GP3 look better, and so far I can't see a
down side to it.

Give us some screenshots then.
Escpecially a TV view external in the pouring rain, I wanna see that. It
could make me buy a V5

Same here. I'd like to be able to do a comparison.

See ya in the pits,
Deano
I have a terrible memory. In fact it's so bad that I can't remember how long it's been since I've forgotten anything.

That's because, for whatever reason, the 'Fastest Performance'
mode of the V5 doesn't work well with GP3 and in this game is
actually slower than 'Single Chip' or any of the FSAA settings.
Not sure whether the just released beta drivers make a difference,
they are supposed to have fixes for quite some games.
