Editing the tires' traces in GPl addons tracks ???

After downloading some new addons tracks for GPL, i notice than some of them have weird "tires' traces" (you know, where the cars are braking). They are "cut" every meter and give a ugly look at the road. How can i edit or erase these ugly things ?? Thanks. Try Red Rock, a very fun track to drive !!

Those sound like the "old" groove markings that were used from ICR2 and the various N2/N99 variations.
