Hello, How do I enable the "Reflections" in N3 with this sound card. I had it enabled before with a Diamond Monster MX300. I was told these two cards can enable "Reflections". Please advise...........
Even though people say there is a patch out or something to do this I haven't been able to find a way to do it and actually hear a difference. I would suggest setting your Live card to "arena" or something like that as that will give you a big sound and you'll still hear cars passing on your left and right from behind even without reflections enabled. That's a good hint, arena sounds great with N3. I have to boost the bass a little though as the reverb-effect thins out the sound a bit. -- MeatWater ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Please update your email adress book! The reflections options is used ONLY by cards that can use the A3d2.0 sound api. These cards are primarily Aureal Cards and Diamond 300's. The last drivers for Aureal cards enabled a software EAX setting so that those cards could run the 3dsound api's from Soundblaster as well. However, the Aureal company declared bankruptcy...I haven't seen any mention of the A3d api being advanced by another company. dave henrie "MILLENIUM BUG" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:[email hidden]... > Hello, > How do I enable the "Reflections" in N3 with this sound card.
