Request for a lost password to pirated GP3

A user asked for the password to a pirated GP3 download he had lost. Members responded with incredulity and jokes, suggesting he ask Barton Brown and offering 'Klaatu barada nikto', which led to a tangent about The Day the Earth Stood Still.

It is the "code phrase" to keep a robot named "Klaatu" from destroying anything it thought was a threat (like the planet earth for instance). From one of my top 3 all time favorite Sci-Fi flicks (and a classic to boot) called "The Day the Earth Stood Still". If you have even a passing interest in Sci-Fi I strongly recommend you watch it. BTW, it is black&white only. -- Joel The pinnacle of open systems is: when moving from vendor to vendor, the design flaws stay the same. '90 GL1500A "Therapist" <SIGTERM>

Be afraid, be very very afraid! :) Just kidding....probably. :) Or it could all just be a six-beer story. fyi, a six-beer story is one that 1) you don't really understand (you only think you do) until you have had six beers or 2) you don't tell your wife about, ever. :) Joel The pinnacle of open systems is: when moving from vendor to vendor, the design flaws stay the same.
