On Tue, 12 Sep 2000 15:52:20 GMT, K_Kid <[email hidden]> enlightened us all with these kind words of wisdom:
The first decent rally sim for the PC was Colin McRae Rally, which despite its age, still remains one of my favourite titles for the PC. A while
later, Rally Championship took the first spot amongst many rally fans, with its photo realistic graphics and realistic courses, which are based on the
real rally courses.
A couple of months ago, however, Colin McRae Rally 2 was released on the Playstation, and believe me, it's a fantastic rally title. Great fun. Its
release on the PC is imminent, so you might want to wait a few weeks for it.
Best regards,
Moon-Watcher
i'm looking for good rally sim.
Any ideas?
I worry because GPL has rather spoiled me for what I expect
from sims. It is the most frustrating but satisfiing driving sim
I have found.
Debating on purchase of GP3. Liked GP2 (especially before GPL came
out).
Feel like good rally sim is missing from my portfolio.
Any advice appreciated.
thx
Try the demo for Rally Championship 2000 (RC2000)... also goes by the name
Mobil 1 Rally Championship.
