OK, i'm bored and was reflecting on how loathesome some of the F1 team
principles are. I decided to rank them in ascending repulsiveness. For the
record, I'm a Jordan fan. You might want to join in . . .
1. Gabriel Rumi (sp?) Lack of exposure makes the heart grow fonder
2. Jean Todt. Fat jolly frenchman. Always looks like he'd rather be eating.
Also looks like he might explode in tears if you criticise him. I like that.
3. Alain Prost. Very French indeed. I only put him here because he needs a
break, and when he sees this (as he surely will) he might cheer up a bit.
4. Eddie Jordan. Two-faced, but that's less than average on the pitlane.
5. Peter Sauber. Wouldn't recognize him, seems to never speak. A plus in my
book.
6. Neil Ressler. Half of Sauber's merits
7. Frank Williams. Difficult not to respect him, no matter how objectionable
his manner at times.
8. Ron Dennis. Impossible to like. Having the (current) all-powerful team
doesn't help either. Sense-of-humour bypass in his past somewhere
9. Craig Pollack. I was surprised to find he is still not my least favourite,
his fall from grace has given me many private smiles.
10 Flavio Briatore. "There can only be one". If you took all the bad points
from all the other team bosses, then distilled them into a flabbly pink
gout-ridden balding contract-trampling bastard, you'd get FB.

Although this is more or less OT, but then again which threads in the
last couple of weeks haven't, I'll chime in with my own list
1. Eddie Jordan
Yeah, that about covers it, he makes it look like it's actually fun to
own and run a Formula 1 team, who would have thought that...and the fact
that he also seems to find the prettiest grid girls doesn't hurt either
I guess....:-)
Beers and cheers
