Found site using VisualRoute, silly me, it's the same IP as ringlord.com. I'd tried going to ringlord.com and into their links section and clicking on GPLRank but it didn't work (about 1hr ago). Tried it this time and straight in. Then tried IE with gplrank.ringlord.com and also straight in. This site seems to be very intermittent. When it doesn't load and I shut down my browser and re-start it many times the site comes to life. If you're still unable to reach it give it 5 minutes and try again. I've been getting it about 60% of the time on the first try, and about 99% when I re-start the browser. Update: I just got stuck again, but this time it took 4 re-starts... maybe my idea doesn't work? But with perserverance you should be able to get in as I just did.
