Is there any program out there than lets you slow down the AI cars?
I just don't have the time to get good enough to win at this game (I play
Everquest full time), but I would enjoy racing this game from time to time.

PS please spare me the all the "I can beat the AI at the hardest level using
a broken keyboard", I will not be impressed.
You can slow them down by lower your level to rookie and stuff....unless you
are talking about slower than that? I don't know of any other way but you
may want to check out GP3Edit...there is probably a post for it someplace
below...I think it lets you customize driver skills.

Jalo I have tried racing with the keyboard, but no matter how much I turn
it, the car still goes straight....

I can beat the AI at the hardest level with a broken keyboard, one hand tied
behind my back, blindfolded and with a particularly perky ferret inserted
down my trousers.
Try the ferret; it really makes a difference.
