Has anyone else had a problem submitting times to GPL Rank? I have tried
updating my existing account and also creating a new account, but each time
it seems to stall when I click on upload file.
Any ideas?

I get a 'Content 0' message frequently when uploading player.ini, just hit
the refresh button til it works.

Been working OK for me, I've just posted two new accounts for
F2 and F3, plus rejigged my F1 account.
One thing I do however is, I have the path to my player.ini's
in a text file (which I use to store all sorts of oddments) and
I just copy and paste, might be worth a try if you are using
Browse. Also as other poster says, try refresh and/or
clear your cache first.
