"Off the Racing Line After reading my CART vs F1 article, Alex 'Pez' Porazinski pointed out that Midway had signed an exclusive deal with CART. Below is the source he found. I was able to playtest the Midway arcade racer CART Fury at ECTS, and it was truly awful ("...look as Christian Fittipaldi (me) engages his afterburner and shoots past Adrian Fernandez!..."). If this really is an exclusive deal, then it probably means it's game over with regards to getting a CART sim. Truly a shame. 'Under the terms of the agreement, Midway Amusement Games LLC and Midway Home Entertainment Inc., both subsidiaries of Midway Games Inc., have secured the exclusive rights to publish fantasy-style CART racing games for all major video game platforms and the PC market.
