Ordered a force feedback racing wheel from them that was 'in stock'.
I placed the order on-line (which they say they can process immediately vs
doing it by their automated phone service).
Order placed Sept.10. Around Wednesday I started emailing them and asking
where it was and what is the tracking# for the package. No reply Wed.
Emailed Thurs. No reply. Friday. No Reply. And today. Nothing. Then, just
now I get an email that (it was automated and NOT a reply to any of my
emails) they JUST SHIPPED IT OUT FRIDAY NIGHT (9/15) ! I expected to HAVE
IT by Friday, not that they would SHIP IT on Friday. That is a long time to
ship an in-stock item !
So, the fact that they said it was in stock and took a week just to ship and
that they don't reply to any emails, needless to say I won't be dealing with
them again. It's one thing to get something out late, it's another to keep
a customer in the dark about it.
Just my 2 cents, thought you might like to know in case you were looking to
get something in a hurry from them. It won't happen. My wheel is not due
to arrive until 9/22 - that is almost 2 weeks after I placed my order for an
in-stock item.
And in their 'automated' email that told me they just shipped it, they asked
me to go out to cnet and give them a positive review. Yeah, right. I pray
nothing's wrong with it when it arrives or that will be a major headache.
Regardless of ship time, they could have at least replied to one of my
emails.
that happened to me with coputergeeks.com i ordered ups ground, i think they
fill the priority orders 1st.
